THEORY:

Meaning Of White Belt
White signifies innocence, as that of a beginning student, who has no previous knowledge of Tae Kwon-Do

PRACTICAL:

Sajo Jirugi (4 directional punching)
Sajo Makgi (4 directional blocking)

Front rising kick exercise
10 Press Ups (adult males on knuckles)
Sitting stance – Single punch
Walking Stance – Middle section punch (forwards & backwards)
Walking stance – Low outer forearm block (forwards & backwards)

YELLOW TAG SYLLABUS (9TH KUP)

THEORY:

Meaning Of Yellow Belt
Yellow signifies the Earth, from which a plant sprouts and takes root, as Tae Kwon-Do foundation is being laid

PRACTICAL:

Sitting Stance – Middle/high Punch
Walking Stance – Front kick double punch
L Stance – Forearm guarding block
L Stance – Inner forearm block
Walking ready stance – Side kick

3 step - punching/inner forearm block, counter with punch
Hubud drill including tap change
Panantucan & lopsow
